Our instructors are here to guide you every step of the way, offering modifications and encouragement to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Whether you’re a beginner or just trying a new class, you’ll be met with a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where growth and progress are celebrated—one step at a time.
"I’m an instructor and I get nervous about going to a new class in a new gym! Just try to remember that it’s okay to be a beginner! Every single person in that class or that gym started somewhere. If it’s a class, arrive early and let the instructor know you’re new. I also think it helps to go with a friend. Keep in mind that trainers and instructors are there to assist you-don’t be afraid to ask questions."

Our fitness schedule is available below, on our website anytime, or you can see the weekly schedule on the white board near the front desk of the wellness center. Best of all, fitness classes are FREE to members, and we encourage all members to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity. For non-members, there is a facility drop-in fee, but everyone is welcome to join in the fun and experience the benefits of group fitness!
