Mobility Plus Speed and Agility Academy

What to expect

Dates:  Tuesdays and Thursdays - June 10 - July 31​

Times: 7:00 - 9:00 am (Grades 9-12)

12:00 - 2:00 pm (Grades 6-8)

Registration Fee: $150

Location: Rec Center Gym (140 4th St. SW)​

Boys and Girls Grades 6 - 12

Valley City Parks Recreational Center is thrilled to announce the partnership with Mobility Plus Rehabilitation to provide next level lifting and agility training for kids entering grades 6-12.

​

With the Speed and Agility Academy Participants will get:

  • Workouts in a group setting.

  • Personalized workout plan towards the participants needs.

  • Additional health and nutritional education.

  • Program T-Shirt
